WHO WE ARE

Rotary Club of Coimbatore Smartcity is the first Couple Rotary Club of the Rotary International District 3201. 

It was chartered on 4th April 2019, under the leadership of District Governor then Rtn. AV Pathy. It was an initiative taken by founder members GSR Rtn. MD Sunku Radhesh Kumar, Rtn. Janak Kikani, Rtn Rajesh Nanda and Rtn. Subhash Goenka.

Our Charter President Rtn. Manish Vyas and Charter Secretary Rtn. MD Aparna Sunku were installed on 4th April 2019. It started with club members of about 34 and now we have about 84 members.

It’s a club with enthusiastic Rotarians committed to render their services to society and community. The Charter club members are professionals from various fields of work, yet joined hands with a clear motto of Rotary- “ Service Above Self”

Our projects are revolve around the 7 important area of focus of Rotary International. Our projects are focused in improving the livelihood, go green initiatives and doing as much service to community and needy.

10. Rotary Smartcity Vocational center for blind (upcoming project)
